Speak to a school admissions representative at DeVry and get answers to your questions. Also ask for a copy of their school catalog so you can find this information on your own.I expect that DeVry has all the correct accreditations and certifications that it needs to operate.
Also call your state department of education and ask your questions there. Schools like DeVry, which are for-profit entities, are regulated by the states where they operate. I am familiar with DeVry and other for-profit schools because I worked for over 19 years in a state agency that regulated for-profits.
Do not cross off all for-profit schools from your list of choices. Again, check with your state department of education. As for the Rip Off Report, take that with the grain of salt. There are always two sides to every complaint.
I have worked on dozens of student compliants. In a complaint, there is often fault on both sides.
